Job Responsibilities

  • Handle home automation projects from installation through commissioning.
  • Lead and coordinate the service engineering team.
  • Manage project execution, site visits and work allocation.
  • Troubleshoot home automation system issues and provide technical support.
  • Work with smart home systems, lighting control, motorized curtains, sensors, gate automation and other automation devices.
  • Coordinate with clients, electricians, contractors and project teams.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
  • Prepare project reports and service documentation.
  • Support customers during installation, commissioning and after-sales service.

Required Skills

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, ECE or a related field.
  • Experience in home automation and project handling.
  • Experience in technical service or field project execution.
  • Team leadership and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of smart home systems, wiring, control panels and automation devices.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with customers, technicians and project teams.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Compensation

Up to ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience, technical expertise and suitability.
