Job Responsibilities
- Handle home automation projects from installation through commissioning.
- Lead and coordinate the service engineering team.
- Manage project execution, site visits and work allocation.
- Troubleshoot home automation system issues and provide technical support.
- Work with smart home systems, lighting control, motorized curtains, sensors, gate automation and other automation devices.
- Coordinate with clients, electricians, contractors and project teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Prepare project reports and service documentation.
- Support customers during installation, commissioning and after-sales service.
Required Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, ECE or a related field.
- Experience in home automation and project handling.
- Experience in technical service or field project execution.
- Team leadership and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of smart home systems, wiring, control panels and automation devices.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with customers, technicians and project teams.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Compensation
Up to ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience, technical expertise and suitability.
